REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS

• All pets must be disclosed to and approved by Management, with all applicable deposits, fees and rents paid before they are allowed on or in the premise.
• Dogs are not allowed. The number of cats is limited to a total of 2.
• Birds and small, legal caged animals are limited to a total of 4.
• Cats must:
• Be spayed or neutered
• Be current on all required vaccinations
• Be litter box trained
• Not be destructive of property
• Be an indoor pet only
• The following documentation must be submitted to Management prior to pet approval:
• A color photo of each pet
• Veterinary documentation showing the breed, age, weight of each pet and that each pet is spayed or neutered and current on all required vaccinations

DEPOSITS, FEES AND RENTS

• $150.00 refundable pet deposit for each cat 2 years of age or older, $200.00 for each cat under 2 years
• $150.00 non-refundable pet fee for each cat 2 years of age or older, $200.00 for each cat under 2 years
• $10/month rent per pet
• A $500 non-refundable fee will be assessed if an unauthorized pet or animal is located on or in the premises.
