PET POLICY
ROBSON ASSOCIATES, LLC
REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
- All pets must be disclosed to and approved by Management, with all applicable deposits, fees and rents paid before they are allowed on or in the premise.
- The number of dogs and/or cats is limited to a total of 3, of which only 2 can be dogs.
- Birds and small, legal caged animals are limited to a total of 4.
- Dogs may not be one of the following breeds (or a mix of these breeds):
- Pit Bull (or American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier)
- Rottweiler
- Chow
- Akita
- Cane Corso
- Wolf hybrids
- Pet owner warrants that dog(s) have not previously bitten someone or exhibited vicious behavior.
- Dogs and cats must:
- Be spayed or neutered
- Be current on all required vaccinations
- Be housebroken or litter box trained
- Not be destructive of property
- Be an indoor pet only
- Be licensed with the local animal control authority and wear an ID tag (dogs only)
- Be no more than 30 lbs for pets residing in upstairs units, 50 lbs for ground floor units – Management will consider a larger pet if it's less active but must meet the pet prior to approval
- The following documentation must be submitted to Management prior to pet approval:
- A color photo of each pet
- Veterinary documentation showing the breed, age, weight of each pet and that each pet is spayed or neutered and current on all required vaccinations
- Documentation from the local animal control authority proving each pet is currently licensed (dogs only)
- Management reserves the right to meet any pet to determine its’ temperament and suitability before allowing it to reside on the property.
DEPOSITS, FEES AND RENTS
- $50 refundable pet deposit for each dog or cat 2 years of age or older, $150 for each dog or cat under 2 years
- $50 non-refundable pet fee for each dog or cat 2 years of age or older, $150 for each dog or cat under 2 years
- $10/month rent per pet
- A $500 non-refundable fee will be assessed if an unauthorized pet or animal is located on or in the premises.
