If you are interested in submitting an application, you can do so on this site.
A few points you should know before applying:
- An online application is required for each adult (18 years or older) who will reside in the unit, regardless of status as a lessee or occupant.
- The first applicant to complete an application should use the option to invite the other adults to complete their applications.
- Each applicant must pay a non-refundable $40 application fee when submitting their application.
- The first applicant to complete an application must pay a $100 refundable earnest deposit when submitting their application.
- Each applicant will need to upload a color pdf or picture of a valid driver's license or other form of legal identification.
- Each lessee will need to upload one of the following as proof of income: (a) paystubs for the 30 day period prior to application; (b) if self-employed, your most recent tax return; (c) other documentation supporting your monthly income.
- If you have any pets, you will need to upload the following: (a) a color photo of each pet; (b) veterinary documentation showing the breed, age, weight of each pet and that each pet is spayed or neutered and current on all required vaccinations; (c) documentation from the local animal control authority proving each pet is currently licensed (dogs only).
***Due to a system limitation, the entire application
must be completed and submitted at one-time.
